  • By using this site or enrolling in our programs, you confirm that:

    • Coaching sessions are delivered 1:1 via pre-arranged scheduling. You agree to respect the availability and professionalism of our mentors.

    • You may not share your login credentials, materials, or coaching feedback externally.

    • Course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed installment plan.

    • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under a special promotion or agreed upon in writing.

    • In the case of payment default, TDC reserves the right to suspend access.

    • Not engage in any form of harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior.

    • Abide by the academic integrity policies set forth by TDC.

    • TDC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
